Due to the growth in the Charles Town and Ran- son areas, this developer asked HLR Architects to design a fourth apartment building on a site they own next to the local casino and horse racing track. Construction was completed in mid-2021 for this 33,000 SF building. It has three floors with three breezeway entrances, and is a combination of one and two bedroom units. A combination of brick and siding is used to blend with the adjacent residential and commercial buildings.
