Merry Christmas from Helbing Lipp Recny (“HLR”) Architects to all of our clients, our consulting network, and our friends and colleagues. In 2018 we have been very busy and are grateful that so many have entrusted us with the design of their buildings.

We wore a lot of hard hats in 2018, as construction was completed on several of our projects in 2018, including the Purcellville Children’s Academy, The new Entry at James Rumsey Technical Institute in Hedgesville WV, and McDonald’s Restaurants in Germantown MD and Ashburn VA.   Several more projects are in the midst of construction, including First Baptist Church in Alexandria VA, the Sam Michaels Park Amphitheater outside of Charles Town WV, the addition to the W. Randy Smith Recreation Center in Inwood WV, St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Fairfax VA, Potomac Towers Apartments in Arlington VA, and the Knollwood Community Church Family Center in Burke.  And we are just about to start construction on the Church of Pentecost in Lorton VA, the Gem Tea Restaurant in Vienna VA, and Rivendell School in Arlington VA.

We look forward to continuing design on several more projects, including Columbia Baptist Church in Falls Church VA, Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Aldie VA, Immanuel Anglican Church in Manassas VA, McDonald’s Restaurants in Merrifield VA and Gaithersburg MD, Century 21 in McLean VA, St. John’s Lutheran Church in Franconia VA, Immanuel Bible Church’s Sanctuary renovation on Springfield VA, Galilee United Methodist Church in Sterling VA, and the Falls Grove Office/Retail Center between Centreville and  Manassas VA.

2018 was a busy one for our firm, and it would not be possible without the clients who have entrusted is with making their building dreams a reality.  We thank God for allowing us to continue providing Faithful Service to our Clients and Exceptional Design Solutions. We are honored to be their Architects.
