Electronics adjust the tint of the clerestory glass in Immanuel Bible Church’s new atrium, providing the church with full control over the amount of natural light in the space.
Our Immanuel Bible Church project received an award from the National Association of Church Design Builders, for the special glass in the atrium that darkens electronically. We worked closely with the folks at SAGE GLASS, a member of NACDB. They applied for and received the award. Here is the press release:
The National Association of Church Design Builders (NACDB) recently awarded members for outstanding design and development achievements. Awards were given to the winners at the organization’s annual conference. “The members of NACDB have been involved with some very exciting projects this year. Including some projects completed together,” said Amanda McFerren, Executive Director of NACDB. “All of the award winners clearly demonstrated they are at the forefront of church design and construction.”
